During my recent stay at Atlantic Sands Hotel And Conference Center, I noticed a minor issue in the bathroom. I immediately informed the front desk and they acted promptly, switching me to a new room that was even larger and had two bathrooms. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The convenient location right on the Boardwalk was a major plus, with easy access to shops, food, and the beach. The hotel room and facilities were well-maintained and clean. despite a small inconvenience, I had a pleasant experience at Atlantic Sands Hotel And Conference Center.

We loved the location to the beach and boardwalk. It was great to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach at no cost however you might want to have a sign or tell people at check in. We rented the first day because we didn't know the hotel provided them. The pool was really fun for the kids as well.

Sometimes the maid service didnt come until really late afternoon.

Perfect location on beach, shops nearby. Room balconies overlook beach. Nice large pool, free covered parking. Nice beds, selection of pillows.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was right on the boardwalk and the view from the room was of the ocean.

The beds in the room I booked were only double sized which was too small for a couple and the beds were not long enough as my feet hung over the bottom edge. However, I believe there are bigger beds available in other rooms, just not in the ocean view rooms.

very accesable to beach

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was amazing - it was close to the beach and boardwalk, and right on the ocean. I loved waking up to a beautiful view every morning. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that the hotel was accessible to everything in the area.

The hotel is well situated in Rehoboth. It was very clean and a good size.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Too much! We were in an apparent addition and the room has an unmarked threshold that we tripped over every time. On the last day there was a brief power outage because of a storm. When the power came back the hall lights in our section did not! Coming in the evening my wife, with her hands full, tripped and fell. She has a nasty bruise on her eyebrow. When she called the desk the clerk told her there was no law saying the threshold had to be marked. The manager did come up shortly after my wife hung up. One of the adjoining room doors was open and no one had a key to lock it. They had to replace the phone the first night. The basket for the coffee maker disappeared after the first day.

The view was amazing and the location was convenient for my business meetings. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the free parking and the access to the beach.

The outdated decor and the uncomfortable bed. the bathroom also had some maintenance issues, such as a noisy fan and a rusty towel rack.

Checking out early.

Our room wasn't what we booked and a kid threw up in the pool so they closed it for two days!! They didn't have the chemicals to fix it and didn't seem in a rush to get them. The bed was the most uncomfortable we'd ever slept on so we decided to check out early to at least get some money back. Very disappointed and would never go back.

The view from the pool is great! Cant beat overall location.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from our room to the bathroom. The location was perfect, situated in the corner with a distant view of the ocean and just steps away from all the great restaurants in the area. Being right on the boardwalk was a major plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and assistance when we needed it.

Close to beach

The room and hotel was extemely warm. Air conditioning is controlled in the wall. Thermostat was set on 60 and I don't think it ever got below 80. The hallways are very hot. Not a way to relax.They changed my room to a different one after I already booked it because they had already filled it. It did not have a sofa in it. So I am not sure that I overpaid for the room. I didn't get to see the one that I signed up for.
